delivered a seamless and fully integrated solution from start to finish
Our Role
We were engaged as solution architects and application integrators to design, develop and implement the Department’s Federation Authentication Services to support all of the My Aged Care suite of systems and portals. Aged Care transition - port the solution when the Aged Care program was MOG’ed to the Department including design and implement identified enhancements as well as adding support for Mobile application provisioning and authentication.
Challenge
Develop end-to-end solutions including producing the Architecture artefacts, develop technical options & recommendations, and carry out the implementation and solution roadmap, and implement a solution that works across many different development technologies and frameworks.
Our Approach
YNOT worked closely with various business and technical teams from the Department to understand and validate the project requirements, analyse potential options, implement Proof of Concepts for some options & recommendations, document the detailed design of the solution architecture, and implemented the components. We continue to be involved in the following services: production support (BAU), architecture advisory service and project enhancement requests
Outcome/Benifits
Solution was successfully delivered as designed. Integration with whole of government services like Auskey (retired), MyGovID, MyGov, Vanguard FAS. Seamlessly works for different technology development suites, including Microsoft (.NET, Xamarin, MAUI), Oracle (FMW, OPA, Siebel) and most recently Sales Force. The solution is still in operation.
